Plot H1 (Public Consultation Phase 2)

We have now launched our second round of public consultation for our next phase at Elephant Park .

This phase is called Plot H1 and is located on the corner of Walworth Road and Elephant Road. In October, we introduced some early ideas for this plot and gathered some initial feedback from the community. Since then, we have been working to respond to this feedback as we further progress the design of the building.

We’re excited to share our proposals for a building that we believe complements the wider regeneration of Elephant & Castle, bringing new jobs, businesses and visitors to the area to support the local economy, as well as providing more high quality public spaces and a new public lobby.
